Another wonderful scholarship opportunity is here for African students who wish to further their education after their undergraduate level.

An estimate of Ten deserving African students in science relevant to plant nutrition and crop nutrient management will receive a $ 2,000 scholarship program to pursue a degree program at any African institution.

The Prize will be awarded regardless of any aid, scholarship or other prize that the student currently has.

Deadline of Application

Interested candidate should endeavor to apply before the deadline which is on the 30th April, 2020.

Application requirement

  1. Applicants must be for M.Sc., M.Phil. O Ph.D. degrees,
  2. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a graduate study program from the application deadline.
  3. Applicants must be attending a degree-granting institution located in Africa.

How to apply

To complete the application process, you must send the following in English or French:

  1. Electronic copy of transcripts for all University work, including cumulative and final grade records (GPA or percentile).
  2. Electronic copy of two letters of support, one of which must be from the main teacher. Letters must be signed and written on official letterhead and must include the phone number and email address of the author of the letter.
  3. A description of the focus of your thesis or dissertation research presented in a way that allows you to assess its originality, depth and scope, innovative approaches and relevance.
  4. A brief description of any additional information that may be relevant to the award (such as honors or awards you have received, employment history, career goals, and other activities you perform).
  5. You will be asked to upload documents during the online application process. It is recommended to prepare electronic copies (pdf) of these documents in advance.
